Terms of Estimate
This document is an estimate prepared by W. Park National Title Agency, LLC for planning and informational purposes only. It is not a commitment to insure, a binding quote, or a title insurance policy.
Figures are calculated from the property value, transaction structure, and data entered at the time of preparation, applying the governing statutes, rules, and rate manuals in effect on that date. Title insurance premiums are calculated per the TIRSA New York Rate Manual (effective 10/01/2024) and Florida Rule 69O-186.003, F.A.C. (rates as of April 2026). New York mortgage recording tax is calculated per NYS Tax Law Article 11 §§ 253, 253-a through 253-g, together with applicable county and New York City additions. Actual charges at closing may differ based on survey findings, municipal search results, title examination, lender requirements, changes in tax rates or recording fee schedules, and other factors identified during the closing process. Final figures are determined at closing on the signed settlement statement (HUD-1, ALTA Settlement Statement, or Closing Disclosure, as applicable). This estimate does not reflect negotiated lender credits, seller concessions, or buyer/seller allocations not entered above.
